Peace at all times
Text: 2 Thessalonians 3:16: Now may the Lord of peace himself give you peace at all times and in every way. The Lord be with all of you.
Day by day leads us through a grueling routine of hard work and the hustle and bustle of life. What we want after those days is a moment of refreshment. There are times when we return home it seems that we get even more tired. That’s when we should ask for the help of the one who calmed the rough sea, Jesus.
Our God is the source of all peace! In his Word, we find refreshment and direction to calm our hearts. Achieving a peaceful environment in our home or at work begins with ourselves. There is the importance of the Word of God. It feeds us, and the Holy Spirit molds us by allowing us to act differently.
May the Lord shed his peace on your house, in your work environment, and your relationship with other people. May God be with you, may his comfort be lasting and cover all areas of your life!
Experience peace at all times:
- Ask the Holy Spirit to mold your behavior, to transform you into an instrument of peace and not of war, of conciliation and not of division.
- Spend an hour of your day to meditate and pray. Prayer and meditation in the word of God nourishes, and comforts us.
- Reflect on how you can promote a peaceful and friendly environment with your attitudes.
Lord Jesus, I thank You for Your word You have sent to me today. May your anointing of love and your peace be able to infect my life, the environment of my home, and any place where I pass. I thank you in the name of Jesus. Amen.
